Biosketch

Georges Naffah, PhD, is a distinguished Lebanese academic and legal scholar with extensive expertise in higher education and research. He is a professor of law and has served as the Director of the French Section at the Faculty of Law at the Lebanese University, where he played a pivotal role in curriculum development, academic program enhancement, and the promotion of legal scholarship.
